The Mountain Towns Housing Project is organized under the 501c3 of the Second Congregational Church in Londonderry,
but the project is not religiously affiliated. 

UPDATE ON FUNDRAISING PROGRESS:

We are closing in on the completion of the Bob Perry Lane Project! We need to raise approximately approximately $40,000 - $50,000 (depending on our ability to get donated products) to get this project to the finish line. This will cover the interior finishing — trim, kitchen and bathroom cabinets, countertops, flooring, carpet, paint, and exterior finishing — clapboard, trim, and stain, etc.

Volunteer

Once the shell of the house is delivered and in place, we plan to have volunteer labor work alongside our general contractor and other skilled professionals to help complete the house. When we have signed the contract with LaValleys for the shell (early 2023) and have an estimated delivery date, we will volunteer opportunities and work days posted on our website. 

We view this home as a community project for a family in the community. We can each do some part to make this dream a reality.
